SCHEDULE NO. 1 - Charges for Water
Service
All Property Owners shall pay a charge for water service as provided by current Rules and Regulations. Quarterly charges will be assessed per thousand gallons registered according to the rate structure set forth in Schedule 1a. Minimum charges will be assessed when quarterly consumption falls below the indicated quantity for the meter size used to measure consumption. These minimum charges are shown in Schedule 1b.

SCHEDULE NO. 2 PUBLIC FIRE SERVICE
Municipalities will be billed time and material for: new hydrant installations, relocations of existing hydrants, repairs or replacements of damaged or destroyed hydrants.
The Authority will repair all hydrants becoming inoperative due to normal operation at no cost to the municipality.
Municipalities will be responsible for the material cost for replacement of all lost or stolen hydrant caps.
